What happens if my cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items?
Single shipment: Your order will only be shipped once all items are available.
Our advice: To avoid waiting, we strongly recommend placing two separate orders. This way, you will receive the in-stock items immediately without holding up your package.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
A pre-order is a mutual commitment between you, our shop, and the manufacturer.
You have a legal cooling-off period of 14 days after purchase to cancel.
Beyond these 14 days, cancellation is no longer possible. The product will be shipped to you upon its release. You can then return it to us at your own expense within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind.
How do refunds work?
