How do I place an order? How do I add products to my cart? đź›’

To place an order, you must first add to your cart the items you would like to buy.
Just click on the « Add to Cart » button under the item’s image or on the same button on the item’s page.

Each time you add a new item to your cart, you will be able to proceed to «Check Out» or «keep adding items to your cart.»

Once your cart is filled, click on the cart icon on the top right corner of the website in order to access to the list of items you have selected and proceed to the five steps checkout.

  • First Step: Summary

The products you have selected are listed as well as their quantities and the estimated time of shipping.

You can add and remove the number of your items, but you can also delete them from your cart.

If you have one or more valid vouchers (check each voucher’s conditions.), do not forget to add them to the cart.


  • Second step: Log in/Sign up

If you already registered before, log in into your personal account using your email and password.

If this is your first time purchasing, sign up by creating a new account (highly recommended) or a guest account (not recommended).

If you already have logged in before starting your online shopping, you will directly be directed to the third step.


  • Third step: Address

Check your delivery and billing address. You can add a new address or change the one displaying if you have registered several ones before.


  • Fourth step: Shipping

Choose the shipping method you prefer. It can be free of charge if your order exceeds a certain amount or if you have entered a valid free delivery voucher.

The estimated delivery dates are shown below to the right. These are just an approximate estimation and may vary, especially during holiday seasons.

Further down on the website you can choose the «gift paper wrapping» option for your order.


  • 5th step: Payment

Check one last time all you order’s details and choose between one of the several payment methods displayed.

You can choose to pay by:
- Credit Card
- Paypal
- Bank transfer

The order will only be validated upon payment reception. If you have any doubt or if an error were to occur during the payment, do not hesitate to contact us.


ATTENTION: Please keep in mind that the process of your order will be longer in the event of a payment by bank transfer and that some of your order’s items may no longer be available when the order has been validated. You will receive an email upon payment reception to confirm the validation of your order.
