How can I check the status of my order? How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

To access your order tracking, log into your customer account on or website and click on ‘Order History and Details. Hereby the direct link:


If you do not have a customer account but only a guest account, please find the email you received upon order confirmation. Then follow the instructions to access your tracking.


Once your order has been shipped, if you chose shipping with tracking, you will receive an automatic message with the tracking number.


Generally, in this message you will also find a direct link. Click on it to get access to your tracking directly.


It is possible that the tracking only activates after a few hours. Please wait and try again latter if you cannot track your order right away.
